Overview
Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa), the active ingredient in Remifemin is traditionally used for the relief of symptoms associated with menopause such as hot flushes, sweating and restlessness.
Direction For Use
Two tablets per day, one in the morning and one in the evening.
Like most herbal therapy, Remifemin does not reveal its action immediately. First therapeutic effects are seen after 2 weeks of treatment. As the results of treatment improve further on prolonged administration, Remifemin should be given over a period of at least 6 weeks. Remifemin can be taken for a period exceeding six months on medical advice. As a good healthcare practice, women are advised to visit the doctor every 6 months.
