Cancellation & Refund

  1. In most cases, orders are packed and shipped on the next working day once the transaction is confirmed. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled.
  2. Medimart reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product(s) is/are not available for any reasons. Please note that we do not provide cash refunds. We will refund store credit to your account for future purchases.

Exchange & Return

    1. Medimart strives to treat everyone of you with respect and fairness. We hope you understand that all products sold are NOT exchangeable and returnable in order to ensure that you receive 100% genuine products and products with the best quality each time you purchase in Medimart.
    2. However, exchange and return of product(s) can be arranged for the following reasons:
      • If the product is out-of-date or expired;
      • If the product delivered is different from the product ordered
    3. Product(s) to be returned shall be in its original condition, quantity and packing as it first delivered to you together with proof of purchase.
