The active ingredient in Germkill is 75% isopropyl alcohol. When this alcohol comes in contact with germs, it denatures the molecular cell protein and effectively kills transient and resident micro-organisms. The alcohol then evaporates and the special emollient remains on your skin leaving it moisturised, soft and germ-free.
